At present Iranian Pistachio processed under completely healthy environments and preserved Conditions. There are automatic terminals in the region for Skinning, drying, sorting and packing in a proper way that Pistachio harvested at plantation or shall we say in common Picked today would be processed the same day.
This action greatly reduced the risk of aflatoxin hazardous contamination. The EU representatives have approved this fact during their visit at Rafsanjan & Sirjan cities in Kerman province in 1998.
Our pistachios are grown without application of artificial hormones materials and genetic manipulation.
